I’m listening to Fox 5 run a long segment praising Glenn Youngkin, saying mask mandates aren’t important, that he didn’t handle COVID poorly, and impugning schools and unions.

And Fox5 just showed a clip from Fox “News”.

Fox 5 is one of the local TV stations directly owned by the Murdochs.
Of course they want to keep the DC TV station — they are political actors who want to use Fox5 to persuade people to back pro-billionaire policies.

It’s just garbage. Fox 5, like the Fox cable channels, are Republican media owned by a Republican billionaire, designed to lie to us to get votes for billionaires.

No one should watch Fox 5. Drop it.

Youngkin is a wild eyed radical, who appointed extreme MAGA Republicans to top roles in his admin. The anti-abortion extremism is just one part of it.

The institutional Republican Party billionaires that the Murdochs ally with, they desperately want to hide Republican extremism. That’s why they run these fawning segments. Their goal is to hide the extremism and surprise America with what they’re doing.
