I don't like the fact that rump is in the white hbouse when this happened but iran has 60% pure uranium 235. raw uranium is somewhere under 1% U-235, nuclear fuel is somewhere between 3-5% (some reactors need up to 20%. There is absolutely no reason to get to 60% purtiy unless you are pursuing a nuclear weapon. None.

You need 90% to make an weapon and it is a big jump from 60 to 90. Iran is not processing to 90%. So no nuclear weapon, no fissionable material and no active attempt to produce a nuclear weapon. It would have taken 3-5 years for Iran to produce a nuclear weapon.
