YES!! |
| No. I was raised in Paris, and prefer the suburbs. |
| No. Not a fan of New York City. |
| No. |
| Hell no |
| For all you no's, just curious: Why? The crime? The hustle? Having to walk everywhere and not just be able to jump in your car? The expense? All or none of the above? |
| Crime has gotten worse. No thanks |
| We are doing exactly that. |
| No. I would rather be in CA if I had money. |
Parisian here. I really like the countryside, fresh air, nature. Seeing nothing but high-rise buildings and pavement are just depressing to me. But our jobs are very city-dependent, the best schools are usually in or near cities, and I do like having walkability to shops and restaurants... so a suburban home seems a good compromise. Right now we're near downtown Bethesda. |
Single yes. Best city in the world. Family? Not so much |
| Nope |
| We are and we love it. One kid, private school, big brownstone, and the city at our feet. Crazy expensive but worth it if you can swing it. |
| Hell to the no |
