ICE ≠ police

Not "officer"

Not "cop"

Just a masked brown shirt

Do they have arrest powers?

Given by Trump for his purpose

Do you really think the only reason police were created was to arrest people.

There are other responsibilities they have in the communities they belong to.

Not this brown shirts

I don't think she was intentionally trying to ram someone, but she could have easily hit the officer who was in front of her car.

She did hit him. He had to go to the hospital after.

She was trying to escape and didn't care if anybody got run over. Use of deadly force is legally justified if the LEO feels he/she is in an imminent threat of substantial bodily injury or death.

Not if the LEO intentionally puts themselves in danger in direct defiance of their training and department policy, which is what this ICE ‘officer’ did by standing in front of a running, moving vehicle. He created the danger, the use of force r isn’t justified and certainly not the two head shots point blank through the driver side window as the vehicle moves past him and he is in NO DANGER.

This ICE ‘officer’ committed murder in broad daylight on video and we can all see that - those of us who are rational and know the law, like other law enforcement officers and former and current prosecutors like me.

Because the murderer is a federal agent, should the state of Minnesota bring criminal charges the US Attorney has the power to invoke the supremacy clause, remove any state prosecution to federal court and summarily dismiss the charges. Or any federal prosecution that successfully achieved conviction could be immediately pardoned by the current WH resident.

I would suggest given that there is no statute of limitations on murder that Minnesota take it’s time on the investigation and file charges on January 21, 2029.

Yes, the ice agent had already put his hand on the gun trying to block the vehicle when it was in reverse. He had zero intention to let this poor woman drive away. Either they dragged her out of the car or kill.

She was playing games blocking traffic prior to this event.

The only thing they could have done better is use vehicles to box her in and drag the itch out.

Hopefully they will make it a priority to arrest and prosecute anyone who does what she did that day going forward.

These are federal law enforcement officers with arrest powers. Most of these protestors don’t realize this so they act like spoiled brats.

Even if she was blocking traffic (she wasn't impeding it, cars were going by, but she was certainly in the road), it is still murder to shoot her. Did she deserve to be arrested? You could make a case for that. But shooting her is murder.

Are you just going to ignore her attempted murder of an officer?

Are you going to continue to lie about that?

It's extremely clear on the video. If that officer was a step slower, he would be dead

Ok, so yes...you are going to continue to lie about it.

DP
Do you not see him get hit by the car and jump out of the way? What do you think PP is lying about?

No

You should check your eyes or your brain

Sorry but you’re the one with the eye problem.

Sigh
You said he was hit by the car. Was that a hand spasm or something, because you are making no sense

Where? What time stamp on this video shows that? And watch the whole thing, including the up close stills with boxes.

How do you expect the ICE officer to know that? Do you think they attract competent people?

Is it actually known that this woman was deliberately part of the protest and was assigned to block traffic with her car?

So far I heard the news interview of one resident on the street who said that’s what te woman was doing- but did she know the lady? If the resident interviewed wasn’t part of the protest herself- how did she know that this woman was involved?

Is it possible she just got trapped and was trying to turn around and leave?

DP. I think there may have been some contact between him and the car as he stepped to the side. He certainly wasn't in any great danger.

Ballistic will be telling. You can shot a front windshield from the side of a car, especially the spot in the pictures

My guess, ICE loses the vehicle

The police should have taken the vehicle into custody

She died more of a hero than those ice officers could ever dream to be. These guys have to know that their jobs as pedophile protection officers can’t last forever

How is a protester who chooses to block in officers with her car a "hero"?

Video shows she was waiving previous ice vehicles past her . And those vehicles did pass. She was not blocking anybody. She was clearly on an ice pad. But since these yahoos are from all over maybe they don’t know how actual ice ( under a tire) works.

The shooter himself passed by her car in his car.

Then came back and murdered her for not letting him pass.

The NY Times reported said there was no evidence of that and they watched the video with President, and Trump agreed that she was not trying to run the ICE agent over but said she shouldn’t have driven away when ICE was trying to get her.

The NY times reporters pointed out that ICE has been detaining US citizens for lengthy periods and that perhaps the woman had a good reason to be afraid. Trump changed the subject and blamed Joe Biden. I kid you not.
