SSFS HOS leaving

Wonder if they are ever going to fix this typo on the homepage...

SSFS Board of Trustees announces Christine Lewis as the interim Head of Schol for the SY 24-25 following Dr. Rodney Glasgow's resignation.

You could alert them of the typo.

Looks like they read this board because the typo is gone.

That’s interesting

This has to be one of the silliest detours this forum has taken.
First, why sit by counting the days it takes for a SSFS board member to notice and then correct a typo rather than simply alerting the school of the typo? Honestly, that choice says far more about you (the poster) than the person who didn't catch the typo.

Second, don't imply such conspiratorial actions now that the typo is fixed. Maybe some good person in here saw the post about the typo and alerted the school.

Or, if a board member is actually reading this forum, don't imply that it is being done covertly particularly when deep down It appears that many of you have been hoping from the start that board members and staff are reading this forum

It is a silly detour and that’s why it’s interesting. Ha!

because I'm an employee and have been trying to pass along accurate information (regardless of if it's what you want to hear) to this group for a while but no one was interested. I think it's important to have accurate information in order to make informed decisions

What was the board’s concern?

As a parent of a student who is near the end of their SSFS time, I appreciate your posts. I do have to wonder if the board is trying to kill the school, because if this is true, it's just a terrible, terrible look - right after the big open house, and just when it seemed like things are settling down.

Are we still talking about the typo?

No, there were a bunch of new posts that were deleted very quickly.

Unsubstantiated (as of yet) gossip. If it turns out to be true, I'll post it here, but if I post now, I suspect this post will be removed.

Missed the posts that were deleted so I don't know what to make of the latest comments. But now I'm concerned that I need to be bracing myself for something.

Same. Just post it. This is ridiculous.
