Lock him up indictment FL

DOJ held back the Bedminster stuff so they could also charge Trump in New Jersey (especially for the conversation with Mark Meadows' book researchers), in case the Florida charges get tied up by Judge Cannon.

Yes, Trump’s disclosure of the document contents on the recorded conversation happened at Bedminster. What happens in New Jersey is prosecuted in New Jersey. Trump will be facing charges in multiple states and DC.

I don't think it works that way.

It sure can! And indeed it's the reason why this crucial information wasn't used in the current indictment. There is no end to the trouble he just placed himself in.

Let's put it this way. Trump will be dead long before all his legal troubles have finished percolating through the justice system.

I can't believe a judge is going to allow them to hold two separate trials without rolling them up.

I can't find the source, but I read they never found that attack plan document from Bedminster. That might be why there is no specific charge for the event. And the same could be true of the map. They may not be able to prove Trump ever had the documents. However his statement about what he is/isn't allowed to declassify is still useful when trying to prove his intent.

Don’t you wonder why they can’t find them and where they might be? And who’s been to Bedminster who might have been interested in them?

If she thinks it's fine for any public servant to walk out with hundreds upon hundreds of our country's most sensitive national security documents which are NOT Presidential records, which are documents that do not belong to him, but which belong to the government, and to conceal them, lie about them, to obstruct any investigation into them, to enlist others to lie about them - she is unfit to serve in government and is unfit to hold a military commission.

Idiot. If they haven't found it, then they will claim Trump has not yet returned all of the docs, and may have sold them to a nefarious enemy - it's even more in the nation's national defense interests to go after him on this! And since it happened in NJ, it will be a separate case, at least at first.

Oh sure, they're missing an attack plan on Iran?

Maybe it never existed. Trump lies, you know. Not worth it to investigate.

REALLY, PP?!?!?!

If not in New Jersey, the Bedminster espionage charges could be in DC where Mark Meadows testified to the grand jury. Meadows is a witness in the J6 investigation and the espionage act investigation. If Trump wants the espionage cases consolidated, they should be consolidated in DC, not Florida.

Side note: guess what happened after the indictment?

So classic.

How many times can you call for the same scan before you are certified as an absolute idiot.

She was blatantly pro-putin when she ran for the democratic nomination.

Presidential records? That has nothing to do with it.

U.S. Constitution - Article 2, Section 2.

Article II section 2 refers to the President, not to ex-presidents.
