Specific and secret information. Very specific and very secret. |
You can’t tell us what that specific information is, but you swear it proves your point. 😆 |
Time my friends, Time. Summer’s coming |
What progress? You sound like a total Qronut. |
Guess who is investigating the DNC server... <grabbing the popcorn> |
At this point, you must be 500 lbs from eating so much popcorn. |
Yeah, he still hasn't gotten past the biggest hurdle. Because he can't.
Durhan is a sad joke now. He just looks ridiculous. Oh well. |
I love how Durham is trying his hardest to burn down what is left of the FBI. These high-profile "lying to the FBI" crimes are a good deterrent for anyone to speak to the FBI. And this case is a great deterrent for anyone considering giving a tip to the FBI. (Most tipsters have an ulterior motive. That's expected, goes with the territory. It's not a crime, or at least, it didn't used to be.) |
The text message he revealed in Monday's filing said this to General Counsel for the FBI James Baker: "Jim—it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss. Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own—not on behalf of a client or company—want to help the Bureau. Thanks." This text was sent the day before he told Baker about "purported data and 'white papers' that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel" between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin. So, he claimed to be representing himself. A lie. |
The bolded is the crux of the issue. |
Is a personal text message subject to those laws? Doubtful. |
