It was more likely a staged false flag. The various "investigations," lack of medical report or presser with any doctor, and no scar on his ear certainly leave open to discussion what actually happened that day. There would be an easy way to dispel the conspiracy theories, but Trump doesn't seem to want to do that.

Why do you insist on a medical report about Trump, but you’re fine with no reports about Biden, who is our actual president?
