Uh no. CRT would examine the racial impetus behind SYSTEMS of segregation in our country (eg redlining) and the legal ramifications and outcomes . A principal moving kids around this way is not CRT. CRT is a framework for understanding existing systems .

CRT is an academic theory/framework for legal analysis taught at upper levels, but "CRT" as now being used in public discourse refers to something akin to "critical social justice" policies. Whatever you would call the framework or theory behind "moving kids around this way" (and teaching kids about "whiteness", etc.) is what people are shorthanding as "CRT."

This Loudoun Co. School Board is a mess. Glad that people are calling them out. They are like little tyrants who wield their power because they have it. Not in the best interest of students or parents.
Hope the recall is effective and that they get some reasonable people on the board.

They just passed the trans policy this afternoon, in compliance with state law. They are doing a great job.

Morris won’t be missed. She can go back to West Virginia and find some religious school to teach at for half her salary. Good riddance. And take Byron with her.

I think the entire debate is a joke. The teaching of this material is unlikely to make any dent in the status of disadvantaged groups. We are debating this while we talk about raising the SALT tax cap. Mostly this is about assuaging white guilt and distracting people from the causes of inequalities.
