Since CRT is a graduate school level academic subject, no elementary schooler is studying it.
That snark is stale and it won't hunt. Most sentient people reasonably understand that what's being discussed is not CRT as it is taught in-law schools and in higher education, but rather, aspects derived from its principles.
Could you please elaborate on exactly what those aspects are? Thanks.
Not the pp, but broadly stated, segregation is one aspect derived from its principles. https://www.blackenterprise.com/atlanta-school-principal-under-fire-for-racially-segregated-classrooms/
Uh no. CRT would examine the racial impetus behind SYSTEMS of segregation in our country (eg redlining) and the legal ramifications and outcomes . A principal moving kids around this way is not CRT. CRT is a framework for understanding existing systems .
CRT is an academic theory/framework for legal analysis taught at upper levels, but "CRT" as now being used in public discourse refers to something akin to "critical social justice" policies. Whatever you would call the framework or theory behind "moving kids around this way" (and teaching kids about "whiteness", etc.) is what people are shorthanding as "CRT."
Which is not happening below a high school elective level.
