I have a real beef with the name Daisy.

Make sure you show up on time, otherwise Daisy will have a cow.

Anyway, this has been my choice for a second daughter for years. It's looking less and less like it will happen, so I hope you use it because the world could use a Daisy.

Some similar names I also love: June, Joy, Lila, Poppy, Penny

SO completely agree.

Nobody here is objecting to Daisy because it is "very feminine." People are objecting to it for a plethora of other reasons. Try to keep up, both of you.

It!s lovely for a CoW!

I have no idea why people do these name approval polls here. Unless you've picked a common Anglo name like Caroline or Elizabeth, people here will not like it.

Bad name. It's reminding people of a cow.

It's a beautiful name. Think it's sweet.

Daisy reminds me of the Great Gatsby, not a cow, and I love literary references.

Don't ask people on DCUM, OP. Just go with your gut.

As an adult, I'd be furious that my parents named me this and legally change it ASAP.
