We live in a city where masks are mandated everywhere outside of your home. You can be fined for noncompliance.

My kids got used to them fast and never mention or complain about them now.

If you are outside and well spaced from other people no, you don’t need a mask.

If you are outside and can’t maintain spacing from others, you do.
