DC requires masks outdoors any time you can’t maintain six feet apart, and as of July 31 this will be the law in MD as well.

So take the mask with you whenever you leave the house, put it on when you pass others on the sidewalk or trail.

The sheer amount of people who do whatever they're "ordered" by a high school grad who manages an apartment building is frightening.
