It's more similar to Joni Ernst's affair. You may not be familiar with that, because the right wing outrage machine isn't raising a ruckus over it.

I don't see the similarity. But it's true that both women have denied the allegations of an affair.

Of course you don't. Trump supporters always turn a blind eye to the misdeeds of their own tribe.

"Adultery for me, but not for thee!" - part of every Trump supporter's code of conduct.

Sure. That's why I started out with the Mark Sandford comparison...

Mark Sandford is not a Trump supporter. Joni Ernst is.

It's not similar at all. Ernst's ex is making the accusation with no proof as part of a divorce proceeding. Maybe revenge is his motivation since he has been accused of an affair.

Omar has been photographed with her affair partner several times - at least once at a secluded restaurant where they were seen holding hands. Mynett has not denied the affair as of yet. She has, but her words ring hollow to me and many. And, she has paid his firm well over $200,000 in the past year. Both marriages are apparently done. Her spouse is gone and the Mynetts are splitting.

Not similar at all.

None of our business. She is hotter than AOC. What did you expect?

I bet if we investigated every nook and cranny of Ernst's life, like you all do to Omar, we'd turn up some incriminating evidence to reach those goal posts you keep moving.

Sanford was elected to Congress after his affair became public.

Investigate away. I am sure you will find that the soldiers who were supervised by Ernst fully support her and you will not be able to find any with whom she had an affair.

No, the married woman whose husband left her for Omar is filing for divorce and it’s pretty gross.

It was also gross when Trump left his wives for other women. At least Page Six had to dig up a court file instead of fielding calls from Omar about it.

The grossest thing of all is the usual hypocrisy we're seeing from Trump supporters.

"Adultery for me, but not for thee!" - every Trump supporter

Trump has not had any affairs while in government office.

That you know of.

Exactly. He’s always been a philanderer. Why would he stop now?

Yeah, Sanford's career was not over. He resigned as Governor...but just a couple years later ran for the US House and won. He is no longer in the House, but was considering a primary of Trump? I LOLed when I saw it.

My parents had a place in Myrtle Beach and we were visiting when the whole "hiking" incident occurred. That guy...he just couldn't get out of his own damn way.

I am a huge supporter of hers. If it’s found she violated campaign funds for this affair, she had to go period.

Side note: man, she is very beautiful.

Sure, right after Duncan Hunter goes.

She should get the same treatment as Duncan Hunter. When will her trial begin?

Um.., no

I just had the worst thought - Trump killed the FEC so they couldn't do a complete investigation into HIS campaign fund violations. INCLUDING the Stormy payoff.

I don't know. That was in response to the post supposing that she'd already been found to have violated campaign funds. So far, that hasn't happened.
