I'm a democrat and generally support her, though don't agree with everything she stands for. But that doesn't make her beyond inquiry, and she doesn't get a free pass just because I happen to agree with her politics.

We all know that’s not going to happen. If a woman or minority puts a toe out of line in politics, then racism and misogyny come to the fore.
