It's not similar at all.  Ernst's ex is making the accusation with no proof as part of a divorce proceeding.  Maybe revenge is his motivation since he has been accused of an affair.

Omar has been photographed with her affair partner several times - at least once at a  secluded restaurant where they were seen holding hands.  Mynett has not denied the affair as of yet.  She has, but her words ring hollow to me and many.  And, she has paid his firm well over $200,000 in the past year.  Both marriages are apparently done.  Her spouse is gone and the Mynetts are splitting.
