What’s wrong with Lena Dunham?

Exactly. I don’t understand her at all. She seems impulsive and confused about how to function in life.

If you were ugly and socially awkward naturally, you would have grown up with people holding you at a distance. This would cause you to be under-socialized. Thus, when you DO socialize, you're so excited to finally be allowed somewhere that someone like Brad Pitt is also, and possibly nervous and possibly thinking this may be your only chance to be around them, and thus you force a kiss.

You're obviously not ugly or socially awkward. I am, so I understand. I wouldn't have done what she did (any of the things she's done), but I understand her being confused about how to function in life, because I often am too.

No. Just no. This is the stupidest excuse I have ever heard.

And her sister is a lesbian. But I guess Lena lacks the self awareness to draw possible connection between early sexual trauma like that and sexual preference.

My drunk MIL found this thread!

Oh yeah, let's see whether the famous womanizing millionaire who only dates serially thin models who get younger and younger every year can stand to be around an overweight lady who says whatever she wants and doesn't respect you for your fame or money. Let's take bets on that, shall we? I wish I could have been a fly on the wall of those sets just to watch DiCaprio's pained existential crisis that a lady who he found totally unattractive had the balls to exist around him and still speak and go about her business. Never mind Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, I would pay to watch a movie about *that*.

How is DiCaprio a "womanizer"? And isn't he entitled to date whomever he pleases? You sound like you could use therapy.

Hmmmmm.

That's what I love about these models, man. I get older, they stay the same age.

How much longer can he keep this up I wonder. Will he be 80 and still stuck at 25?

He’s stuck in that age frame. I wonder if he still feels like he’s in his 20s.

Leo is gay. These women are paid beards. His handlers should start finding them in the next age bracket.

I always assumed leo didn't want to get married/ have kids so that's why he dates such young women.

So a high-status man -- richest, most famous A-List actor in the world -- prefers women in their physical peak, before they hit a mental and physical wall. Umm...yeah...that's how it's worked for 1000s of years. Maybe he should date bats*** wine aunts with cellulite. Radical feminists make me laugh; always coping, so bitter, so detached from reality.

I also love how Leo gets s*** from bitter old bags for "exploiting" 20-something women, when the young ladies are clearly using him for fame, status and a potential baby. They're gold diggers. Kelly Rohrbach just married some absolute dork...oh, but he just happens to be a Walmart heir worth billions.

Where did anyone say Leo was exploiting those women? I just see him being called a womanizer. He is.

And no one is saying these women aren't using him... obviously these hot 21 year olds wouldn't look at his flabby, mediocre looking self if he weren't a wealthy megastar actor.

Radical feminists don’t care about the consenting adult women Leo is dating. We do care about the women Trump has assaulted and the children he has put in cages.

Actually, lots of blind items out there that Leo is gay and these young women are getting game and money by helping him cover. Either way, they are consenting adults. Lena Dunham should not be attacking men, just as much as Trump shouldn't be attacking women.

Summarized and repeated for truth:

Her actions are sexual assault. Reverse the genders and there would be torches and pitchforks.

True. She’s a flaming hypocrite and totally gross. And I say this as a woman.

Another, liberal, feminist woman here who agrees. Don't touch other people without their consent! And certainly don't kiss them. Ick.

Her thing is to make straight dudes uncomfortable though. I have a friend who worked on Girls and said she would regularly direct naked/ partially nude to be provocative. In reality, it just made everyone uncomfortable.
