She didn’t attend Louis’ baptism either.
Yes, it was important for her to be there for the heir and the spare, but not further down the line.

The BRF is the best at just ignoring skeletons in the closet.

Camilla is Charles former mistress who was hated by everyone in Britain up until 2005.
Harry was filmed dancing naked in a Las Vegas hotel room and wearing a Nazi costume.
Meghan (might be the cleanest of them all aside from Kate) was married previously.
Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor (innocent)
Kate forgave Wills after he ran out on her multiple times - from Jecca to Rose.
Charles cheated on his wife with Camilla, Tiggy, and others plus gas-lighted her while inviting the new wife over for parties/dinner numerous times.
Doria (innocent)
Jane (innocent)
Sarah dated Prince Charles before Diana did.
William cheated on his wife with her best friend and dumped her at will before that.

That's not true. If it was, she wouldn't have attended any of her other children's or grandchildren's Christenings which she has.

If the PP had bothered reading the thread, they would have noticed the Queen made a special effort to meet Archie when he was two days old already and she had a prior engagement on this date.

It was important to me that my grandmother came to my son's Christening, so I checked with her before I scheduled. I realize that the Queen probably has a busier schedule than my Grandma, but on the other hand, I had to take into account when the church was available, while I'm sure people were willing to flex for Megan and Harry!

Completely incomparable situations. She's not just someone's granny, she's the Queen. Aside which she's not in residence in England right now.

Chances are she had few dates free in her schedule that didn’t inconvenience a lot of other people.

I'm curious why the Earl of Spencer didn't come either.

But it maybe because his family drama is legendary. He's constantly complained about his 'involvement' in upbringing W/H publicly, he's on his third wife, and W/H are both close to his children who currently despise their father.

Earl of Spencer and wife #3

His children and wife #1 walking separately

To be fair...the earl of spencer's first wife has been divorced 2 times, is a drug addict, and a recovering alcoholic (which is why she looks like that). So there's blame on all sides.

That boy looks like his mama. He will have reddish curls.

They both seem to give a bare minimum smile for the pic. I don’t remember seeing with similar expressions in posed photos but who knows.

How can he not bother to crack a smile at his little
Brother’s sons christening? Rude!

Meh- Harry has the same grouchy look at Louis christening....

Doris is 100% Black but likely an ADOS [American Descendant of Slaves], most ADOS with no recent history of immigrants in their families are at minimum 20-25% of European Descent. Thus, her marrying Thomas Märkle made it possibly for Meghan to look Southern European [at first glance] if you didn’t know her ancestry. Most biracial black people with a decent amount of European ancestry on their Black side can appear white.

Here are a few examples:

People also forget that not all Africans have extremely dark skin.

I’ve had some students from East Africa who were lighter than some students from India.

It is very dated. But if they update, people will complain about the cost.
