Well, she looks like a fool now.

How embarrassing!

She has had so much work done; I watched her on hallmark recently and it was very distracting. But obviously appearance is everything to her.

We know a dad who donated his building company for a new hall at the VA instate university that all of his (four) kids have been accepted to. He wasn't even embarrassed about it, and in fact, brings it up quite a bit! It's like he's proud of the fact that he bought his kids admissions. Unbelievable that this is allowed, but I guess if it benefits the school, they're not going to complain.

Look- we have parents bribing our Principal with large donations at a PUBLIC elementary school. Thousands upon thousands over the years.

I know parents that bought their kid a place on travel soccer team through large club donations.

I know parents that donated large amount of $ to get their dumb kid into a DC top private school.

This shit happens all the time.

My Uncle donates a shitload to his college alma matter, has a building named after him and his daughters didn’t even apply there. Tax write offs.

Bribing for what? Admissions to a public elementary school?

Probably admission into AAP. I would put nothing past these parents.

Laughlin looks embalmed, or like a wax figure at Madame Tussauds. I don't know how anyone thinks that "looks damn good."

Meh. Money buys almost anything. If you dig into university research, you will find many of the programs sponsored by trade associations or corporations. There is absolutely no question that the research studies are bounded by their wants and needs and professors only publish results that are favorable. Tenure depends on research dollars. It is a business just like anything else.
This shouldn’t be surprising to anyone.

Np no she doesn’t. She looks good and had good work done.

We get it, you’re upset so that makes her ugly to you.

No they haven't been arrested, just charged.

I read an article that said that Huffman was arrested and Laughlin agreed to surrender.

Oh what? WHERE

TMZ

lol - She's one hell of a DESPERATE housewife now . . .

https://www.tmz.com/2019/03/12/felicity-huffman-arrest-guns-drawn-fbi-college-bribery/

Felicity Huffman knew she was a target of the federal investigation into bribery in the college admissions process ... but she had no idea 7 feds would show up at her door Tuesday morning with guns drawn.

Sources familiar with the arrest tell TMZ, 7 FBI agents showed up at Felicity's Hollywood Hills home at 6 AM and drew their weapons as they ordered Felicity to come out and surrender.

Pulling guns on a female celebrity with no known criminal record or history of violence is crazy!

You never know when a felon might go full felony .

It’s mail fraud and bribery. Not murder. Calm down.

I've often wondered about the kids of celebrities such as Katie Couric (daughters went to Yale and Stanford), Rob Lowe (son at Stanford), Brian Williams (Allison Williams, Yale), etc. etc. Perhaps they all got into these schools on their own merits... but maybe they didn't?

No, honey - I like looking like a living human. I'm not against having work done, but Laughlin went way, way, wayyyyy too far and looks frozen - taxidermy like.

DP. Really? I don't see that at all. I think she looks gorgeous. But she's still a cheat.

I would think just being the child of some of these big names gives you a boost and many of these kids probably are good students and have had every advantage to help them along the way. Do, they may be privileged, but that doesn’t mean they cheated. Katie Couruc, for example, is quite smart as was her late husband so I would imagine her kids are bright as well.

Seriously - these Hollywood people should hire Kris Jenner to launch their children. One well produced sex-tape, social media storm, a stripper pole photo-shoot, and these girls would have become billionaires! "Sophia, you are doing great, sweetie!" I think someone told them that college experience would be great to be cataloged on IG? No other reason to go to college.

Since Lori and her DH never went to college, maybe they had FOMO for their children regarding college. It could also be that they did not know what the actual college application process is?

It looks damn good if you’ve been shopping around for something similar and have seen even worse examples of lifts/fillers/etc. People who like Loughlin are looking at it through Botox colored filters.

Does it ever say where Huffman's kid went to college?
