Early 2000s looks that look dated

Nubby Chanel-inspired plaid blazers.

These would be worn with pointy toed ankle boots and boot cut, low rise "dress pants" or even embellished-back pocket jeans or tailored dark denim "dress jeans."

I'm describing my work wardrobe from 2006.

Also gone are khakis. I used to wear khaki shorts, khaki Gap pants as a jeans alternative in spring.

Tiny glasses were a thing, briefly. Typing now through my now backup prescription frames bought in 2009.

Yes, I used to wear dark bootcuts, really pointy high heeled stiletto boots, and blazers to work.

Love these. Also had some in 98-99 but the cut was a bit longer. Short is in.
