BRYC ECNL

PP probably referring to McLean records...

Going back to what revived this thread on the u12 boys, based on some of the results from the weekend I would be surprised if people left their current clubs to join bryc just for ecnl.

As posted previously, they are in the lowly Cherry Blossom against MSI teams. The 06s must have no confidence right now.

BRYC U12 PreECNL beat McLean Green last year (2018).

Doesn’t it just come down to who is the better recruiter with those 2 clubs?

It wasn't the full first team's roster that played, as PP probably already knows. Having already clinched the Mid-Atlantic Division, the game was meaningless, and at least four starters didn't play. Other kids were given playing time. Rather curious how BRYC haters characterize the club of only wanting to win and not playing all girls, but when they play all girls they're criticized for not winning.

BTW the referee crew at McLean called back a goal on the 04s, robbing BRYC of a win, and they missed several obvious calls in the 03 game too. Stuff happens, to be sure.

And how, exactly will a 19-3-3 record match Loudon's 2-16-6 by the end of the year?

Don't get too holy on us. The 03 team was short in part because they moved their playups down to the 04s in a vain attempt to win that game. Looked like bryc shortened the bench during that game also.

Not surprised --- I thought that might the reason, because its all about winning all the games so somone's ego is satisfied.

Even McLean 06 playing in Jeff Cup.

Well Larry Best is now gone. Maybe there is not a coach willing to travel with them?

The 06 BRYC team has 4 coaches at practice regularly..... A club does not have to play in every tournament. Jefferson cup is great for showcasing at older age groups but when a u13-14 team plays competitive matches every week in spring ECNL there is really no need to go to JC. More money for no reason.

Comical. That’s why every team that matters will be there?

Every team that matters? Like McLean? They just beat McLean 6-0. Why waste the parents and kids’ time when they can practice all weekend and Beat McLean next time 12-0. Ha ha ha ha!!!!! That’s more fun!
