SYA is much more competitive, but be warned we played their U9 Boys team last weekend and the coach is a train wreck. Bonkers.

The OP also asked the question two months ago. Thanks for your timely response.

My apologies, this forum didn't make it onto my daily to dos. Suck it.

Well, I mean if you are going to criticize a thread, where the question was "answered" already and has generated 9 pages of some questionable and some useful information beyond the original scope, well, that is the general nature of a thread. Sorry if that offended you.

Looks like CYA is looking for coaches:

I guess they aren't anti-license, since they ask for minimum of a D.

I'm not sure why that was needed. I was defending them. It's a good thing to ask for at least a D for even Pre-travel.

Why such a hate/love for CYA? No one is forced to join, move on.

How much does CYA pay you to sit and watch this forum and respond to everything? Does the membership know they're paying for this?

That is correct, as of Saturday there is a draft plan being reviewed. The new organization will not be take both clubs rec programs and funnel into a newly established travel club. They will be called DCUM Elite soccer.
