What are the easiest things to stop eating to see quickest results?

And yet, it IS an example of a breakfast that would stall my own weight loss. Everyone is different, but for my body if I ate oatmeal and bananas on the regular I would not be able to lose weight as effectively. There are better options.


What would your better option be?

It's already been said. Protein and a healthy fat. Bananas and oatmeal are all carbs.

There’s some small simple things. I like creamer in my coffee. I would put in 1-2 tablespoons per cup and drink 3 cups a day. I now drink 2 cups and measure exactly 1 tablespoon creamer.

Avoid sugar and empty carbs. Cease eating when bored. Drinking water & fizzy water to cure hunger feelings.
