NP- I think the opposite is true. The unattractive, chunky women always have higher numbers. It's a self-esteem thing or daddy issues. The really attractive, undamaged women aren't sleeping around.

I'm not talking about women who are a little chubby and might sleep with a bunch of drunk guys. I'm talking about things that are almost universally unattractive – hugely overweight, bad skin, bad teeth.

I should also mention to the point of the poster above me that my husband had only slept with one or two people when we met. He is extremely quiet and reserved and much less social than I am, although I would say we are relative equals looks wise or he's probably a bit more attractive.

I'm one of the 25-30'rs. While I am solidly middle aged now (another GenXer) I am slightly above average in looks. Like the other PP's I have been told I have a sexually appealing look and demeanor. I'm the PP who slept with 50-60 guys before I started dating my husband shortly before turning 23. When I look in the mirror, I think I'm either a bit homely or just okay looking & way too scrawny. I have been told by many people, however, that I'm very attractive (though I think even most of them would agree that I'd be even more attractive if I weren't so scrawny ).

Fwiw, I was voted "best looking" by my high school class senior year & , at 28, still look almost exactly the same as I did then (the only real differences are my haircut & the way I dress).

17:18 here. I don't think I've ever mentioned a number to him but DH knows I had sex with a ton of guys in my teens & early 20s .
