Yes! She's great and should have her own show.

I live in Eastern Europe and all of the Russian and Ukrainian women at work are watching this show because they love Anfisa so much. She has a huge hero-worship cult following here.

She seems pretty cruel, self-centered, and shallow to me. Don't really get the hero-worship. Yeah, he's pretty gullible for falling for her, but that doesn't make her a good person.

The mom involved in the wedding I think is thinking - holy crap wedding number 4! This time I'm saying something!!
Nicole and Azan I find the most intriguing - I assumed he was using her for a visa but he does seem engaged and even introduced her to his parents. No idea why she cheated on him before coming to morocco. They met online right? I honestly feared she was going to be abducted or something meeting some random dude online and gong to visit him.

I like Alexei too! I don't know why Loren seems so insecure about their relationship. I hope they bring his parents to Florida to live near them but think that it would be a difficult adjustment for them.

I think he has issues, and Alla's voice is bizarre. She has a really weird intonation, as if she has severe hearing problems, and this is NOT her accent (I live in Ukraine and hear Ukrainians speaking English every day, and no one sounds like that). I wouldn't be able to live with That Voice.

Also, she was married before too, so I don't understand why she wants to have a big beach wedding the second time around. The guy's mom is right to talk her down from that for the sake of the family's comfort (since he was also married before).

I work with 2 Ukrainians who sound the same.

It looks like Alla is so lucky to have her future MIL. She seems so supportive and kind. Alla did make some references to the family (probably meaning her future MIL) being too involved, so the show may be editing a lot out.

I think the key word is "seems." The mom also seems overly involved. My teenage son doesn't watch the show, but he glanced at it and asked why a forty-year-old guy who's on his fourth marriage has Mommy so involved in everything.

For real. She's only been married once, he's been married three times. For their beach wedding to not be optimally desirable for his family due to their own reasons is not her problem, and if the groom agreed, that is what they should be doing. Mom needs to butt out, and groom needs to cut the cord.

Does the entire family have to go (to a 4th wedding)? Can't they have their beach wedding and do a small causal celebration with the family? I wonder if his mother was a factor in his three other failed marriages.

That's weird because I have lived in Ukraine for the past 4 years and have never heard anyone speak like Alla. She sounds like she needs a hearing aid.

No, but she isn't pretending to be a good person. She is a crafty gold digger with hustle, and she readily and regularly reminds Jorge of this. Jorge "fell in love" with her after seeing her photos, and he's made multiple misogynistic comments. If he had integrity, he would just admit that Anfisa is 100% correct that he is only with her because of how she looks: that is ALL he cares about.

Jorge belongs with Alla, I think. I am certain Alla met Matt on one of the "dating services" here in Kiev, in which women join for free and are then sent, one by one, to "meet" foreign Westerners who pay big $ for a "tour", during which they sleep with all the women they are matched with and choose one. I know one Ukrainian woman who slept with all 17 guys Western guys she was matched with last month, all in one week's "tour", and she's so sad that none of them chose her, but she's still signed up and ready to "meet' the next wave in November because there are no other options for her here. This woman is a DOCTOR (and they are paid less than $400 a month in Ukraine and live in poverty). There's a documentary about this thriving industry called "Love Me." Also, according to the dozen or so Ukrainians with whom I've discussed the show, Alla is just too old to be considered datable here. Ukrainians marry young, and someone Alla's age is considered very undesirable. She will die alone if she stays in Ukraine, so she's happy to be Matt's 4th wife. At least Anfisa has other options. How can you trust the love of someone who has no other options?

I wonder if Alla's first marriage was maybe not so stellar. Maybe it was rushed and she didn't get her "dream" wedding? Maybe she was pregnant with Max and really didn't want to get married but had to? She mentioned in one of their conversations, when Matt was shaming her for wanting to go out and dance, that she "changed her values" with one marriage (yet Matt has had three). Made it seem like she wasn't in a good place with the first go around, "changed her values," and is ready to get married for real.

I don't know, I think she should have the wedding she wants. There are plenty of lake beaches in Kentucky that could fit the bill. But please, let's all do what the guy's family wants, since they've all already done this three times before. Is there a reason Matt and Alla couldn't have this conversation? Why is his mother so involved? Isn't he a wedding expert by now?

Anfisa may be honest, but I don't find her likeable or interesting. She seems completely driven by materialism.

Exactly! Whether or not the entire family can come to his 4th wedding should not be the deciding factor.
