I have no opinion except to say that I see them on moms all the time. I live in the VA burbs.
I personally wear tankinis because even though I am thin I do not work out or do situps. |
| Disgusting attitudes and perceptions on all this "earning the right" business. And, this perspective that you are going to the beach to essentially 'show off' to other women/men/everybody. Well, supposedly that is what is happening; by dressing in very little, you are literally showing your body off. |

| No hey if you can wear it...go for it. The thing is most in their 30's cannot wear a bikini well so I say kudos to you! |
| I lived in Europe for six years where every female between 9 and 90 wears a bikini. No one ever comments on it. Americans are so judgemental about bodies. |
Bikini? All public beaches in Barcelona, Costa Brava, and South France full of topless women from 9 to 90. I especially love a large group of topless grannies in their 70-80s. |
I live in the Caribbean and almost everyone wears a 2 piece here. I have far less hangups after living here. I find bikinis far more comfortable and flattering, so that's what I usually wear. |
My Lord people, stop looking at me in my bikini. Trust me, I am having fun at the beach and not looking at you. |
| When I used to work out four days a week and finish half marathons in the top 10%, I wore bikinis..... then I got lazy and flabby. It's tankinis and a cover up for me now. |
I never ran a marathon and I don't work out a lo, so I am flabby. But I love my body, and I hate a large piece of wet synthetic fabric (especially with liner) against my skin, so I am wearing bikini. I don't really care what people think about my body. My husband loves it, and it all that matters. |
Does she also lay out in full sun coated with baby oil, no sunglasses and talking on her phone the whole time? If so we are out the same pool... |

If you are comfortable wearing a bikini, go for it! Don't give a fuck about what other people think.
