Iraq's withdrawal was set by Bush. And Benghazi, in Libya, has nothing to do with Biden. |
SOFA get renegotiated frequently. Biden was in charge of renegotiating Iraq's SOFA. Do a little research. |
| Really Benghazi is bush's fault. |
You are a confused individual who is not following the thread very well. |
Without bush's bring democracy by the point of a gun to the middle east, there would be no Arab spring and no Benghazi. The confused individuals are conservatives, if you can call a group mind an individual. |
New Poster. Wait, President Obama told us the Arab Spring was a wonderful thing. He was wrong? |
Just curious, is English your first language? |
Hmmm, if it isn't then I would think you should congratulate the poster on working so hard to assimilate. |
| It really started with Reagan's surrender in Lebanon. |
They won't even know what you are talking about. Memory of gnats. |
I would bet the majority of posters were not even alive in 1983. If they were, they were in elementary school. I doubt they learned about the Beirut bombing in school. |
Not this poster. I well remember it. I remember exactly where I was when it was first reported. And you know what? Reagan did not blame it on a video. |
No, but he lied. He said we would not change our policy in Lebanon. VP Bush said we would not "be cowed by terrorists". He promised retaliation and then instead, they pulled us out. Victory for Hezbollah and Iran. Who knows, maybe we didn't want to screw up Reagan's secret arms deal with Iran. |
Great spin. |
if by spin you mean actual history then yes. I do not believe that a single fact in the statement is in dispute. |
