Yes they do a better job than girls and can move more snow. But this wasn't the work of saints, this wasn't real community work in most cases, it was getting paid for a chore! Be honest about what's going on here.

People constantly praise girls and everything is about them now. The point was to say something nice. My son helped dig out us and three neighbors all for free.

DP and I lived in Upstate NY for many years and did a ton of shoveling. It's just a chore. It is merely a chore we don't have to do very often around here.

I had a heart attach shoveling the snow. I’ve done a lot of chores. They never induced a heart attack.

There is a huge division. So many more opportunities for girls like clubs, events at our school and through other places than boys. If you want to uplift everyone stop that divide and give our boys those opportunities.
