It looks like they swapped them to increase Whitman FARMS but it’s a little nuts bc much of Bethesda Elementary is walk zone to BCC. I don’t see any other reason?

And it doesn't make that much of a difference. Very odd. It feels like they just want to be able to say "see there are some changes to Whitman and BCC."

The BoE will vote on the closure of SSIMS in January before MCPS selects a final boundary to present in February.

Yes, the effects tables show the SSIMS enrollment numbers unaffected through 2030. Then the following year, enrollment at Sligo and Eastern jumps accordingly.

It's very clear in the effects tables. The No Change and With Change numbers are identical, until 2030.
