I think Ali and Anton will wed, and a few others will say Yes but the partner will say No.

He does not seem that into her (and vice versa), but who knows with the edit I guess.

I think he's just more low key and not very effusive. They might be the only ones with potential here, but I'm not sure. She seems immature in terms of her expectations.

Jordan and Sparkle Megan are so incompatible, it's ridiculous.

She seems very immature and sort of a throwback.

I still can’t get over her comment that he should have spent twice as much on her engagement ring. Talk about a red flag.

She is the type if woman who would demand a “push” gift for giving birth. Ycch!!!

Cast not casted.

Edmond is a mess but she completely missed his point about how he was receiving her insistence that he wait for sex. She made it sound like she has one night stands with guys she doesn’t care about but when the relationship matters, then “I make guys wait”…
And he was trying to express to her that this sends a message that nice guys finish last. And it is unrealistic of her to expect that he would view her practice of sleeping with guys who dont matter while “making” her future husband wait until the wedding night to experience this with her as anything OTHER than a punishment for being a good guy.

Most reasonable people understand the difference between a one-night stand with no feelings versus waiting while building an actual emotional connection. The fact that he doesn't speaks volumes about his maturity. We're talking three weeks here.

As a woman, I understand her “logic.”

But his makes sense in its own way. Especially since he, and everyone else knows he is the only one who is being asked to wait.

(There is something off about their dynamic. Like she is maternal towards him, and providing the love he missed growing up.)

And that's the bigger issue. He is the only one not having sex and THAT'S why he doesn't like it. Not because he has to know what he's getting into before marriage. If none of the other couples were having sex in Baja, then he wouldn't care.

Well, men are competitive with each other, and he is probably not the most confident among them.

Yeah, he's had a hard life and it shows. It will take time and patience for him to become the man he's capable of being. KB is in the right line of work to support him but it's a lot to ask of a partner.

And I am confused about his appeal as a partner, to a mature woman. Especially one who says she is tired of having to always be the strong one.

I can't tell if she genuinely likes him or is really just there for clout.

There is zero chance they get married.

I don’t gel with either of their perspectives. I’m not on board with KB (KD?) “logic” as it think it’s too recent of a change for her. I also think Edmund comes across as a big baby whining about being the only one not having sex. On the other hand it’s seems like she genuinely likes him and vice versa.

The class differences are more apparent than they’ve ever been. Very uncomfy dynamic.

I can stand it anymore. Such an unlikable cast! I’m out.

Possibly Anton and Ali get married (*possibly*) though I don’t think he makes enough money for her. None of the rest do, no way.

Love is Blind France is significantly better IMO.

Thanks for the rec. I definitely need something else to watch.

Joe is a mean drunk. He may be mean when not drunk too. He'll say mean things to Madison eventually. He seems totally self-centered and thinks everything's a joke. Stunted development hiding behind a nice guy exterior. He's a douchebro who is a candidate for a comeuppance

Ali is not into Anton.

Edmond is very damaged but KB is awful too. She is impossible to please and always right. They don't like each other and it shows.

Nick and whatever-her-name is? Maybe.

Jordan and Megan also maybe but I didn't think Patrick was all that either. I liked her mom and sister. They are probably too far apart in lifestyles. I think they look good together but that means nothing.

I don't think any of them are infatuated and beyond that, compatible enough for marriage.

But KB shouldn't have to "work" at home with her partner. I mean yes, all relationships take work, but Edmund needs massive amounts of therapy and growth. And that's not something his romantic partner should shoulder.
