No it's not a shakedown. The anti-vaxx community literally relies on feelings of intuition over science so if Tylenol is the only thing they can latch onto without being responsible for mass deaths then that is what they are going to do. Their whole reason for existence is to push expensive alternative medicine but that facade breaks down if children start dying from polio, measles, and whooping cough. They are trying to find a way to keep vaccines around but just enough skepticism to keep their customer base buying salt crystals or whatever.
