Search is not generating any results. Any tips?

Google DC Superior Court

Click on menu from the dc superior court homepage in the upper right hand corner. Then, click services->online resources->search cases online->learn more (under superior court heading)->search in eaccess->then type in their password to show you’re not a robot, then type in the case number. This should get you there to access the witness interviews, affidavit, etc.

Tomorrow there's another status hearing.

It worked! Thank you!

Thanks for this. I’ll add that the password is case sensitive.

RMSC is requiring that both parents and swimmers take the safesport training. I hope other clubs are moving in the same direction.

ASA has done this and recognized as of april 2025 (pvswim.org front page), if anything RMSC is late.

She is aggressive. She will do her best to poke holes in the testimony of these young victims and sow doubt. Cosmic injustice.

She better not be like O.J. Simpson’s attorneys. Thomas should not get away with what he did!

She doesn’t seem to be the type of attorney that one would hire if one were to simply enter a guilty plea. It seems like Thomas is getting ready to fight these charges. I want Thomas to goto prison for what he did.

Apparently what ASA has done was not good enough, especially since 2023 (the year Mahony's kids joining ASA)

If he did this to other people’s kids (male and female), what are the chances his own kids haven’t been abused? What if anything is being done to protect his own kids? Is he still in the home with them (and out and about in the community?)

Here’s the email:

Dear MVP Families:

We were recently made aware of this report involving a member of the MVP community. We have not been contacted by law enforcement and have no additional details. If you have any pertinent information, please contact the police as requested in the report.

MVP Board

Is MVP’s position still that they “have no additional details” about this case? From the case documents being available to the public, I hope that is not their stance and they keep us updated instead of hoping that we forget about this.

Anonymous wrote:The case report is disgusting. I highly recommend reading it. This man has been abusing children for years. According to the report, the youngest victim was a 5 year old girl. He kissed her on the vagina. A child reported it in 2023 but our system failed them. Since then, he abused a 7 year old girl (digitally penetrated her and tried to get her to touch his penis) and a 9 year old boy (rubbed his penis).

If your child was ever alone with Thomas Mahony, please talk with them to make sure they weren't abused.

Gross! Lock him up and throw away the key!

Did ASA email its entire team about these incidents or just the groups that the Mahony kids are in?

We all do, but we need all his victims to come forward.
