Agree. And I did not find it believable that Felix would have been out at a "glue your hands to the road" protest. He was in the midst of a depressive crisis. I feel like Dunham came up with that random situation to create a dramatic declaration of love and forgiveness. I just don't believe Felix would have been at that protest that day.

I finished this. Very mediocre show. Biggest problem was none of the couples or pairings in the entire show had any chemistry whatsoever! (The one exception, ironically, being Felix and his French ex who had great chemistry together). Neither Jess nor Felix had compelling qualities to make you root for them. Jess was very banal and Will was rudderless and boring. They had dumb conversations and immature fights.

I think Girls was well done so this is not a Lena bash. Actually I found her enjoyable in this show. But the characters/cast did not work together. It seems like she cast a lot of favorite/pet actors who did not embody their characters well and did not mesh well together. Zev was also not believable as someone two girls would be competing for.
