Disagreement over breast implants

Especially if money is no object. 48 isn’t old. Don’t listen to the jealous grumps in this board!

When you say the posters are jealous, what do you think they are jealous of? Be specific.

The youngest is 7 so I think I’ve given my body enough of a chance to “bounce” back and the boobs are just not budging. I’m in great shape otherwise.

I would love to get conservative implants, just so my clothes fit the way they used to. I don’t even necessarily want a bigger bra size, I just want more fullness.

DH thinks this is crazy. He thinks anyone wanting plastic surgery is vain and almost mentally ill. It’s not a financial issue.

WWYD?

Guys always say that about implants. All I can tell you is that if your bed is creaky, get it fixed before you get them. Lol.

Not all men, bro. Fake boobs don't feel right, don't bounce right, don't sit right...

If you're a porn addict, and used to seeing giant plastic jugs and thinking that's sexy, maybe this works for you. But the scars, weird bumps, etc. aren't a turn on for most people, the numbness can be an issue for your partner finding breastplay at all pleasurable, and the whole "this object makes me hard" approach really isn't what turns most women on.

Fake boobs are for fake men.

In general, I agree with you.
The giant plastic jugs are quite different from what OP is looking for, though.

The only thing worse than obviously fake boobs are fake boobs that are trying too hard to be actual boobs. "conservative" implants are still implants, and will still move, look, and feel like implants. Doesn't change anything about what PP described, which was pretty spot on.

Men don’t notice and don’t know shit. I slept with 5 men this year. None of them noticed or asked if I had implants. I don’t have scars, bumps and the implants are tiny 250s. It’s 70% still my breast natural to feel .

Forgot to add - one of the partners complimented me for “beautiful natural boobs” and said that it’s “so rare”!

Hahaha

So you're a liar AND a slut. Cool.

"disagreement" is kinda funny word to use in this context. it's not like you are asking your husband to have one.

DP. Maybe they didn’t say anything because it was obvious? I’m a woman and have felt fake boobs here and there and even a low profile implant doesn’t feel like a real breast.

I’m generally pro tasteful PS but would never get implants because they make it harder to text early signs of breast cancer and they can cause autoimmune issues. Not worth it.

Save the money for a face lift in a couple
Of years.

I had a breast reduction about 6 years after my last was born. Insurance covered it. I think there's a big difference between being willing to go under general anesthesia (when you have young children) to fix a problem so that you fit within the norm vs. to improve on something that's already normal.

With all the talk lately about avoiding micro-plastics, like using glassware instead of storing and reheating in plastics, isn't it the opposite to have a plastic bag filled with fluid inserted under your skin?

I would just get a padded bra for shirts that are form fitting.

My conclusion is that many people don’t really believe what they preach, including trying to teach body acceptance to their children.

It still requires anesthesia but look into a lift and then fat transfer (do them as separate procedures for the best results. You may need 1-2 transfers and should go to a specialist like Dr. Bednar or Dr. Burns). Very happy with the results!

OP here I looked into this (because of mammograms) but i don’t think i would have enough fat from other places to not end up looking really lumpy or weird.

To the “plastic” poster, I agree with the microplastics cover but that’s not what plastic surgery involves: look up the actual meaning of the word. Also silicone is inert, it’s basically sand—it is not plastic.

OP, you do whatevr you want if you don't need his money to do it

No but neither of us makes major life decisions without the other and I would prefer to have him on board.

To the PP who mentioned a facelift, that one is non negotiable, lol. But I hope to hold out another 7-10 years.
