To the “plastic” poster, I agree with the microplastics cover but that’s not what plastic surgery involves: look up the actual meaning of the word. Also silicone is inert, it’s basically sand—it is not plastic.

This poster is the first person I've ever heard say they like the fat transfer results. It has a super low satisfaction rate overall.

I’ve actually done it so I certainly have some insight into the procedure. Dr. Bednar specializes in fat transfer for thin women. His office has a very active Facebook group that goes into a lot of detail about the pros and cons. A lot of the women had implants removed due to complications and the damage to their breasts was substantial (and made transfer much more complicated whe they tried to reconstruct).

Not saying it’s right for you, but might be worth having a consultation. He may tell you that a lift prior to transfer would be beneficial.

I don’t know where you felt so many breast implants being a woman… but when the implant is behind chest muscular tissue and breast tissue covers is fully on top, it’s nearly impossible to notice a small implant. It’s 70% original breast, implant raises it and the “underboob”. Maybe the ladies you saw didn’t have much breast tissue to begin with, thus they had to place the implant strictly under the skin.

How big are 250's? I considered breast implants but I backed out just because I am very picky and know I could be unsatisfied with the look, feel of something foreign in my body. Implants do really round out the breasts though. Natural boobs and don't have a full upper part of the breast like implants.

250s are very small. But I 1) wanted to stay in my size C so I won’t need to tailor all the dresses 2) only wanted the breast to look perkier 3) tried on many implants before the actual surgery and picked the one that looked very natural for my overall slim frame

The smaller the implant the less side effects as well like displacement, firmness, back problems

I had tried one fat transfer - only marginal results and I had hard calcinations in the breast that had to be removed

Not true: all imaging specialist are well familiar how to distinguish the implants. Fat transfers cause more issues

Interesting perspective: I've made bespoke costumes for MANY women, including corsetry and undergarments. Between that, growing up in the valley, and having the gay, I've seen a LOT of boobs. It is always easy to tell. I've never once been surprised. While some may look more natural than others, none of them look natural, even in clothing (if you know what you're looking at), and definitely not "in hand".
