Stick to topics you might know something about. This isn't one obviously. Everyone my parents knew grew up drinking raw milk. The treat was to get the cream off the top. That's where "cream of the crop" or "rises to the top" came from. They boiled it, fermented it to make yogurt, and made cheese, butter, etc. Yes, that was done also. And?

??? food narc and also overall insane person.

Probably.

People who freak out at drinking raw milk are the same people who freak out at eating sashimi in sushi restaurants, or eating raw eggs in a shake or Orange Julius.

Ok, so I will start boiling milk and then using it. We do it in the third world country I immigrated from.

The benefit of not raw was the whole "it won't kill you!" thing.

If they're getting rid of that...

Raw milk: 0–2 deaths since 2000.
Pasteurized milk: 3–17 deaths since 2000.

Hardly anyone drinks raw milk while the US consumes over 20 billion gallons of pasteurized milk a year. On a death per gallon ratio, 2 deaths from raw milk is a LOT higher if your facts were correct. They are not. In a ten year period, there were 2,500 hospitalizations from raw milk and 3 deaths. Still a very small number. Even though you are 9.4 times greater risk of getting sick from raw milk, it's still a minuscule risk. About 0.00106%
