When we finally end this Trump Reich the payback is going to be epic.

Democrats have arrested him, raided his house, tried to assassinate him, try to get him removed from the ballot in several states, attacked his family, attacked his businesses, attacked his friends ansd associates.

What exactly are you going to do to him.

Please be specific.

End his presidency?

That’s it. Although jail would be appropriate, at worst he can fly off on his new gifted Lolita express to Moscow and stay there until he sends his last embarrassing post. He will die, everyone will celebrate, and FIN.

Grok says the following about the claims against Letitia James. I don't have a problem with her being charged if she's done something illegal--but I'm not going to take an MAGA's word about it until it has been verified by the free press.

"The claim that Special Prosecutor Ed Martin has "the most documented mortgage fraud case in modern political history" against Letitia James cannot be fully verified due to the lack of independent corroboration from authoritative sources beyond the cited blog post on whitecollarfraud.com. The allegations of a "40-year criminal enterprise" involving mortgage fraud, false declarations, and RICO violations are serious but primarily stem from a single source, Sam Antar, a convicted felon, which raises questions about credibility. Some claims, such as misrepresentations in mortgage documents and financial disclosures, are supported by documents referenced in the blog, but no official confirmation from federal authorities, court filings, or mainstream outlets substantiates the scale or inevitability of conviction as claimed. The FBI has reportedly opened an investigation into James for alleged mortgage fraud, and a federal criminal referral was issued in April 2025, but no charges have been filed, and the investigation's outcome remains uncertain. The claim of a "written confession" and "government witnesses" is based on an email and a sworn declaration, which are contested by James's legal team as misinterpretations. Without broader evidence or official legal proceedings, the claim is unverified and speculative."

She lied about her primary residence being in Virginia when she is a resident of Brooklyn, New York. She also lied about the unit being 4 units instead of 5. The Fannie/Freddie loan she applied for was only for buildings with up to 4 units. Hers is 5.

I’m sure if there’s any wrongdoing on her part, the justice department will find it. I hope you are as passionate about pursuing Epstein‘s co-conspirators, regardless of where the evidence leads.

If she lied about her property to secure loans, that's lame and should incur consequences (as is true for Trump).

The problem with such prosecution is not that it is not appropriate, but that it is pursued as a political choice.

If a prosecutor said "let's address this problem of loan applicants understating their unit numbers" and James got caught up in the dragnet, fine.

But when the approach is "James is my political enemy so find something we can use against her," that's an exploitation of the system.

They really had to bend themselves into a pretzel to go after Trump. Stacking charges. Upgrading misdemeanors to felonies. Changing the statute of limitations on laws. Lawfare.

Now you wanna scream mercy?

Exploitation???

See it for yourself.....

Her property appraisal would reflect the number of units in her Brooklyn home. There is also a Certificate of Occupancy that has to be present with the number of units listed on it. Unless it was new construction, the CO would already be on file from the previous RE transfer. It is highly unlikely that an appraiser and city inspector would collude to misrepresent the property.

Trump lied when he stole $1.8 million from ST Judes
Trump lied Trump University, Trump foundation, Trump's illegal teen modeling agency, Trump's vodka, Trump water, Trump's Plaza deal, etc all sanctioned by the state of NY. All he should have gone to jail for.

And anyone else that has said anything about his lies.

All his perceived enemies will end up in jail.

That’s really rich, coming from y’all, because that’s EXACTLY what she did to Trump. And now the shoe is on the other foot.

Those are distortions and misrepresentations. There is evidence to contradict that in the mortgage broker documentation and elsewhere that she said the VA house would NOT be her primary residence. As for the brownstone being a "5 unit building" yes, she said it was a 4 unit building, and what evidence is there that it isn't? I bought a 3-unit building and converted it into a single family home.

And as the PP points out, virtually all of these accusations come from convicted felon Sam Antar, who has provided ZERO evidence to back any of the allegations up.

And either way it's nothing compared to what she caught Trump doing and what Trump was found guilty of.
