You guys are being trolled. 🤣 Their daughter is only 2, maybe 3. She’s a baby; I just saw her the other day.
Also, get a life. These are really young kids we’re talking about. |
My girls started at SR in their prek program at age 3, there are girls who came up through their daycare as babies and graduate 17 years later. I don’t know why it would be odd to have a girl start at SR at 3, many do. I haven’t seen any knock on young kids, just the values of their family which is certainly relevant. |
| This is the third Catholic school I've heard they visited. The other two were co-ed K-8s in DC. |
I am sure one of them is Blessed Sacrament. Anyway, honestly I believe the Vances will be much more happy in the parish K-8 environment, which tends to have more emphasis on religion and will be a much simpler solution to having the kids together. I imagine they might consider SR for the daughter for the first couple of years if the K-8s don't have a pre-school offering. |
DP. This is not politics - his public words and views are very hateful ie: calling Kamala trash and making hateful comments about women who are unable to have children. Young kids' parents have a huge impact and presence at a school. Just to give you some reference - my kids were in school with the child of a right wing senator and their kid went around calling gay kids terrible names and compared being gay to horrific things- so words matter. There were two gay kids in our grade - it was a really bad scene. |
The beauty about private school is that you can leave and find another if something doesn't sit right. Vance is going to send his kids where he wants and current parents of the school aren't going to any say on whether or not the family is welcome. |
Fair comment, but I don't think the OP is a troll. They could be thinking about where to send the older boys (the more urgent decision) and if the logistics will work with their younger sister whenever she enrolls. If they opt for an all boys' school, they might want an all girls' school that is close to it with a similar culture or overlapping family community. Plus I wouldn't want to switch my kid from school to school...why not enroll the youngest in a school that they can stay in for as long as they live in the area? |
Sort of… happened to another president their kid did not get accepted to where they wanted to send them…. |
If you are so certain of that, name the school and the President. |
It is well known |
I will add well known but the school is too gracious and polite to announce it. It is not something someone wants to be known for. |
| Are the kids even baptized and being raised Catholic? |
Please name them. I assume Blessed Sacrament but what other one? |
I don't know that our school is well known for this because the school purposely did not make it public news that the President was considering having their child attend (even within the school community). |
| I guess some of ya'll can move out of the country? |
