I care very much about women with those types of situations and think abortions should be permitted for rape, incest, life of mother, and for abnormally developing fetuses. I don't think most of the 750,000 to 1 million abortions done yearly in the US are for those reasons.

Well the Catholic Church would tell you that you are morally compromised for giving women a break in those situations.

And those of us who care about women would say that you don't know what is going on in the life of any woman who gets an abortion because it is not your life, so who are you to judge?
