Why is Spanish immersion housed at RCF? Why not at another ES?

Are those exactly same programs, one way or two ways?

Why is Chinese immersion at Potomac ES? Why not at another ES? I don’t know. Ask MCPS.

Why don’t people ever ask about Page and that other school with the same program? Serious question.

21:51 Maybe people on this board do not live in neighborhood near Page as they do a W cluster, Rockville and Bethesda or do not consider commuting to that part of the county. btw Wheaton-Kemp Mill neighborhood of Page also has jews if that is something prospective immersion families are looking for.

Bumping this- any pros or cons for kindergarten spanish immersion at RCF? I have a DC at Page spanish immersion and we've been happy there. Interested in others experiences.

Page is a smaller school compared to RCF, fabulous principal, great teachers IME at least for SI. PTA is strong.

As PP noted I think the Page location is less desirable for the demo on this board compared to RCF.

I think the SI thread pretty much covers this topic—people seem happy at RCF. It’s good you’ve been happy at Page. As PP noted, the demo at Page is different than the demo at RCF. They are in different parts of town.

Took another glance—it’s the ELI thread that has been discussing RCF. Am sure all the LI programs are great.

Does anyone have feedback on the current immersion kindergarten teachers at RCF?
