People (or bots?) who say this are grossly misrepresenting the science. A lingering tendency toward impulsiveness in young adults should not mean that murder and mayhem go unpunished. On the contrary, if they haven't learned the difference between right and wrong by age 26, facing the consequences of their actions would seem to be the only way to teach them. |

And voting too. If some people are claiming that a guy can’t be expected to know not to commit violent crimes until they’re 26 then I sure hope those same people are petitioning to raise the legal voting age! |
