Just about the worst name you can call someone.

This is ridiculous. It's probably not even in the top 10 of worst things you can call someone.

this is why nobody takes SJWs seriously. Everything is always the "worst thing ever"

I can only think of one or two words that are worse. What are your ten?

Because the saying r word is completely unacceptable in 2023. It’s not the 80s, boomer.

Wow. What happened to sticks and stones. Schools are so focused on trigger words and safe spaces rather than education.

This is why the US educational system is now ranked 25th world wide.

Don't know and what's with all these harsh consequences?!?

Next, they'll be suspending kids for name-calling.

The friend wasn't upset by it and the teacher isn't even his. From what I hear on here, there are a lot worse things being said in the hallway all the time.

I don't believe this! Others keep posting there are NO CONSEQUENCES in MCPS. How can this be true!?!?!

I know. They give up on RJ already.

Exactly, what's with all these harsh consequences? I thought RJ was working great.

I know! This is so confusing. Could this be true? I mean, I thought there were no consequences. Which is it?!?

Because mental health matters?

Anonymous wrote:This is OP. I wasn’t the person who wrote about snowflakes, but I think it’s wrong to single out one child without warning for using a word they all use. I was especially upset, because rather than eating, my kid was asked to watch a video about people with intellectual disabilities and write a reflection. And yes, this is Bethesda.

OP, is this Pyle? This sounds very similar to a lunch detention my child had for calling someone else gay. I supported that lunch detention and the fact that there was a video and a reflection about why.

WOW! I can't believe kids would say these things. Pyle must be an awful school.

The word is fine... I use it all the time. This area is full of a bunch of woke freaks.

Give me a break. It reflects someone with a low IQ. It is used colloquially to call someone an idiot or stupid. Toughen up people!
