As much as I hate Gaetz, I don't think it was him, and I also don't think the photos were taken inside a SCIF, I think the documents were smuggled out of the SCIF - that, based on how the photos show that the documents were in a wad, crudely and hastily folded into quarters, probably to stuff them into pants or somewhere to hide them - reinforced by items seen in the background of some of the photos, what looks like nail clippers, a bed and so on - which wouldn't be found in a SCIF.

I would assume that they've already identified him. Heck the WaPo puff piece about him and the kids he groomed has enough detail in it for anyone with subpoena power to easily follow the trail. All that's left now is to find out whether the leaker was just an insecure narcissist trying to impress a bunch of teenagers or something more sinister. Either way the mom from that article needs to hire their son a lawyer ASAP.
