He has struggled with Lyme so Bell’s Palsy could be culprit. However he’s surely convened with his Lyme team already. Lyme late stage as he has causes life long issues for many. Been there done that. I feel for him. Brutal.

Why does everyone keep talking about Lyme?? He doesn't have bells palsy he has ramsay hunt syndrome, from shingles. It's not the same thing. Am I living in bizarro world?

Yes, you are. Bell’s is a symptom of RHS, Bieber even said this himself.
