Will Kopelman, WASPy? Okay. Do you know what WASP is?

+1
He and his entire family are Jewish.

Not a spectacular wedding at all. Pretty boring and bland.

Ah, there you are. The expected race-baiter, right on time. Get a life.

This. Is it a requirement that every white person have black friends now or they are racist? Does PP question whether black people have white friends?

It’s not a requirement, but I’d guess most people would have at least one POC - from any non-European/northern Asian area - invited. One.

Fortunately, no one has to consult you when making their guest lists.

I loved her mom's dress! So flowy and romantic.

She used to date one of the Winklevoss twins.

And there are several brunettes (adult and children) in the photos in the link above, btw.

This is what Drew Barrymore said about her ex-FIL:

Not long after announcing their split, Barrymore appeared with Kopelman's dad and brother-in-law at an event, where the three talked about their family.

"He's the grandfather of all grandfathers," Barrymore told the crowd. "He always says there's nothing overrated about being a grandparent and he is the ultimate grandparent."

That's sweet.

+1
Drew seems like a class act and both families seem lovely.

Yep. There are no more stupid people than the virtue signalers on DCUM.

She is absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe anyone would say otherwise. She and Brigitte Wilson-Sampras are two of the most beautiful ladies in my book.

I think she's gorgeous too. Some lame moron said she had "thin blonde hair." Um... she has a glorious mane of THICK blonde hair that I would trade my mousy locks for in an instant.

Um, yes, I do. And despite being of Jewish decent, the groom is clearly going for that New England Anglo look, with the hair, the slight tan, and the J. crew suit, and nary a kippah or chuppah ANYWHERE nor to mention the aesthetic of the wedding. An observation, not an insult.

- A Jew

Maybe they're not observant Jews? Is that allowed?

- another Jew

Are you kidding? I think she's gorgeous. Agree on the new husband - his face is bloated and sunburned. He will not age well. I can just see it.

DP, but she's got the strangest face. I guess because her face is so wide, she looks really bad head-on, but surprisingly nice in profile or with her head turned sharply. The best picture of her by far is the first one, where her head is cranked around almost to Exorcist levels. They tell you to learn your angles but for most of us, if the best one is head turned 120* to the right we're never going to find out.

You're right. She knows her angles. And the new husband was left out of 90% of the pictures of the reason - it takes work to make him look good.

With all that obvious wealth I kept wondering why noone styled the groom's hair. A trim, shaping, and/or some sort of product could have helped it not look so straw-like and disheveled in all the photos. I liked the candid shots at the end by the lighthouse, but was so distracted by his hair. He should have gotten a hair cut two weeks before the wedding.

I was thinking the same thing! He looks like crap! Almost 50 years old? No wonder she didn’t want him in the photos.

Um, just to clarify...will koppelman's father is Ari Koppelman, who was the president and COO of Chanel from the mid eighties to the early two thousands. That is his style, he comes from a highly visual, fashion forward family, this is his vibe and he's no slouch. He also has a reputation as a very nice, down to earth guy.

This wedding, I hate to break it to ya - ain't fashion forward. It's fashion backward. Like a 50s/ 80s vibe all over it.

This is a classic wedding. I'd love to see your idea of a "fashion forward" wedding. On second thought, I actually wouldn't.

Dp - you’re joking, right? There were 60+ pictures and barely a brunette, let alone a person of any color other than lily white.

And this is a problem for you why, exactly? Do you typically critique wedding photos from say, black families, and become outraged that there are few or no white faces? You sound like an absolute idiot. Your fixation on race is why people can't stand you.

NP but actually the people responding "should they hire some blacks? do you critique the blacks??" are the ones who sound like absolute idiots. There is not a single person of color in any picture, and there are entirely too many pictures to begin with. Not a solitary Asian guest, Latino, Native, Black, nada. If you make it to the age of 40 without a single friend who doesn't look like they could be your cousin, it's noteworthy and definitely a conscious choice. It stands out and I can't help but wonder if it's intentional to complement their "Old World Nantucket" aesthetic.

You're one of *those* people, right? The type who looks for offence where there is none. You must be exhausting to be around, let alone live with.

You think her hair is thick?!! You must either have abnormally thin hair (think straw), or be totally bald.

I'm a person who was raised in the United States of America in the late twentieth century and as a result knows people of many races. Sorry if that means you need a nap.

You're a virtue signaling ninny and no one - NO ONE - cares how many people of different races you know. But no doubt your hobby is listing them all on a spreadsheet and patting yourself on the back. Enjoy!

Diversity certainly is a virtue, but embracing it is not a signal. It's interesting how infuriated you are by the concept though. Economic anxiety strikes again.

Yes, her hair is so very thin. With every post, you're outing yourself as extremely insecure and jealous.
