Yup here it is. The House is assisting the police investigation but won’t do its own.
“The Lansing Police Department received the complaint and referred it to investigators in its Seventh District in northern Michigan, according to MSP spokesperson Shanon Banner.

Gideon D’Assandro, spokesperson for current House Speaker Jason Wentworth, R-Farwell, told reporters Wednesday the House made contact with both Lansing and state police and offered full cooperation.

“The focus right now is on the two investigative bodies who are already looking into this and doing what the House can do to be cooperative and to help them with what they’re doing,” he said.”
