You know, I could agree with this we’re it not for the commenters whose focus seems to be on dissecting the way individual body parts look in a seemingly derisive way. But the problem is that for every person who seems genuinely concerned, there is at least one who seems to relish talking about her body in a very offensive way. It’s really not that different than the concern trolling people do over women who gain weight or whose weight exceeds what a particular poster thinks it should. Notice there is virtually no discussion in this thread about what it’s like to actually live with or treat eating disorders, or that might be helpful to anyone. So what precisely is the point? |
Yes, the war that ended when she was still young. She was anorexic the rest of her life as well. |
Do you think her apparent state is presented as aspirational in the Season 2? |
She is very very thin and has lost notable weight since season one, as has her friend played by Ashley park. It’s similar to Brian Williams daughter between seasons 1 and 2 of girls. I wouldn’t let impressionable teens or college kids watch either. |
What’s the verdict on season 2? Predictable but ok I thought. What was the deal with Camille’s bs pact? |
You have to be kidding? Her neck is the most obvious part, on top of how the try to hide it based on the outfit. It makes me sad to know she must be suffering through a hard time right now. She is the size of a small child. It is disturbing, not because she is naturally thin but because she is known to suffer from an ED and numerous teen girls watch this show and will now pit themselves against that. It isn’t her fault. But “the camera adds ten pounds.” So how tiny is she really? I just know when I was 115 pounds at 16 I’d be feeling pretty shitty about myself right now watching this show….. |
She married a guy who is allegedly a MASSIVE jerk. Like MASSIVE. If what I’ve read is true then I feel extremely sorry for her and imagine that he is bringing is wrecking havoc on her mental health. I would guess that has something to do with the additional weight loss. |
Getting back to the show itself, I was surprised how much I liked the season, even more than the first season. I like the addition of all of the new characters, I hope we will see more of Alfie in season three. But, I really like her with Gabriel, and don’t know how that will work out with Camille. I initially thought I’d be bored with all of Mindy’s performances, but she has such a beautiful voice it’s been enjoyable. |
Supposedly about her DH https://blindgossip.com/the-vulgar-boyfriend/ If it's true he mocks people with ED ![]() |
What are you grossed about, weirdo? That a 25+ grown up woman looks delicate and feminine? She is clearly not a child and it's not a Disney show. |
I enjoyed the five episodes I’ve watched so far (they are just as stupid and ridiculous as the first season) and sure, she’s very thin, but I didn’t find it as off-putting as people in this thread. She just seemed standard young woman Hollywood very thin to me. |
The comments about her dynamic wrinkles are ridiculous. People forgot that actors' faces should move. This is a vicious cycle: seems like everyone is against plastic surgery and yet if an actress doesn't have work done, she's criticized even more. |
She is gorgeous.I would give my left nut to spend one sensual night with her |
"Child-like." PP, you can read. "CHILD-like." |
^^and it's bolded in the post I was replying to, in case you can't find it.
So, "it's nice to see a child-like young women" in a show about a lot of casual sexual encounters. |
