LCPS sexual assualt - who is held accountable?

Apparently that means to move the offender to a different school?

The school did NOT notify the sheriff’s office. The father took the daughter to the hospital and that’s how the police were notified. The superintendent is on record as saying ‘he has no knowledge of the event’. The second school he was transferred to reported the incident and he was subsequently arrested.

He cannot change. His brain chemistry is messed up. He is like an animal.

I agree. Two assaults in less than 6 months and he is only 15 years old. I read the specific charges against him and it is sickening what he did. That poor girl

Why do you say that? Reportedly he wore a skirt and used the girls bathroom. That sounds gender-fluid to me.

He says he bisexual and sometimes likes wearing a skirt. The school knew there was no way their vote for transgender bathrooms would pass so they swept this under the rug and passed it.

I shared my thoughts in one of the deleted threads. Allowing boys to use the girls bathroom removes a layer of protection for girls. It means a boy can walk into the girls room and not get called out by his peers or stopped by a teacher. It means a girl will feel like she can’t just turn around and walk out because that would be considered “transphobic”. She is left vulnerable by policies that requires schools to allow students to use the restroom of their choice. Originally transgender students were offered private bathrooms but lawsuits were filed to let them into their choice instead. And now a girl has been raped in one. This isn’t okay.

Excellent statement.

He’s mentally ill and a sexual predator.

Why? What do you call a boy who wears a skirt and chooses to use the girls bathroom?

Well, I call a trans girl who uses the girls bathroom a girl.

I call a boy who wears a skirt (which hasn't been confirmed yet via the police report) and rapes girls a rapist.

I'm sure you can find different labels, but you can be pro trans and anti rape. I know it's a lot for your little brain to handle.

Why can’t you discuss this without resorting to name-calling?

Honestly? Because living in Loudoun I see so many of you on our Facebook posts and I'm sick of it. Some of us actually know the families and it's pretty shitty for folks to weigh in because Tucker Carlson told them too.

Is it that hard to believe that non-Fox-watching, middle-of-the-road people have concerns about this?

Yes. *clap*. Because *clap* it hasn’t *clap* actually been established *clap* that the perp *clap* wore skirts or identified as trans.

I mean, holy hell, a sexual predator wouldn’t go through the trouble of feigning gender fluidity.

It actually f-ing was confirmed *CLAP*. But you go on because you want it to be some white redneck. Racist.

Along with the FATHER being arrested for trying to tell her story.

Is any documentation required? (In other words, are there administrative records that might verify or contradict the girl's father's claim that the attacker was using the girls' bathroom under the transgender policies?) And yes, I understand that these records are likely confidential, but my question is whether they even exist.

Regardless, assault is assault and it is very disappointing (and probably quite common) that offenders are just shuffled off to another school. At least they didn't tell the girl SHE had to move to another school if she felt unsafe.

From what I understand, the attack happened before the policy but was covered up because there was no way the board could actually pass the policy if this got out. So they hid it and passed the policy.

+1 I'm a Democrat. I'm also a rape survivor. I think it's dangerous to make it normal for biological men to just walk into vulnerable places like women's bathrooms and locker rooms unquestioned.

You say that out loud in Loudoun and you get doxxed. That's why this Dad was mad at the meeting -- the woman with the rainbow heart shirt told him she would ruin his plumbing business by doxxing him online because he was lying about his daughter being raped. He called her the b word and the cop pulled on his arm and then you've seen the rest.

Please lend your voice to this cause. I am also a rape survivor and I live in Loudoun and it is terrifying that our prosecutor is not going to stand up for victims.

Can you imagine the liberal outcry had this boy not been trans or bi or whatever? Then the same people denying he did anything would show their true misandrist-selves and call for the boy to be tarred and feathered. But since he's trans... it's all good. The hypocrisy is sickening.

Shameful that the father has been made to look like the villain here.

I haven't read this whole thread, so I apologize if this has already been addressed.....

Do we know if the school board knew about the sexual assault prior to the vote on transgender bathrooms? Did they know about it the night the young girl's father was arrested?

Who is saying that it’s all good? Every single post on this and on every FB post I have seen agrees this kid did it and is 100% bad news and needs to be put away and/or get help where he can’t harm anyone. What people are questioning is why does it matter what he may or may not have worn?

I’m sorry that you were raped. I’m also sorry that it made you an awful human being. What do you think is more risky, a trans girl in a women’s bathroom or a trans girl in a men’s bathroom?

On behalf of the PP? Go f**k yourself. Stop with the agenda spouting and focus on the cover-up. Unless you think it’s fine there was a cover up?
