Next step is to criminally charge Mr. Brabrand and FCPS SB members for their hate crimes against Asian Americans. I'll personally donate at least $10k for this cause.

Time for the NCAAP to sue under the same facts. The school needs to close

But then what will the NOVA parents use to gripe about pre-high school and 'my DS/DD is definitely TJ material'. Gosh.

You're welcome to file the lawsuit.

No, OP the next step is not criminal charges. I agree with the arguments made by the Coalition but they have behaved horribly and with such vitriol. Your post is emblematic of that tone and exaggeration.

Keep it to yourself. Hate crimes need to be punished, period.

The NAACP was ready to file before this, there is no reason not for them to sue after the revised policy issues.

See, you don’t know what hate crimes are but you throw that term around. This behavior does not help the cause.

So much for having black kids at TJ. It will be interesting to see how the board responds. Hopefully but just turning it into an academy.

Sure. You also said TJ reform wasn’t discriminating Asian Americans.

So you think the only solution to Black kids being qualified for TJ is to create and support systemic racism for Asian kids?

Why? If they want a majority Black school, they can do what Asian families did back in the 80's and 90's. If the opportunity isn't there, you create it even if it's painful and parents have to work really hard. Same for hispanic parents, same with white parents,
