Trump is proven right again. Lester Holt after all is a democrat. He outshines Candy Crowley.

He's actually a registered Republican.

Colin Powell claims to be a republican too but voted for Obama twice. So you really think a republican would ask zero question about Hillary's emails, lies, pay-to-play corruption, Benghazi and foreign policy disaster? A republican would devote the entire second half on gotcha questions of birther, looks, tax returns etc exclusively on Trump? A republican would go Candy Crowley on Trump twice?

Holt is not a republican.

Also, why was Hillary on the attack that Trump supported the Iraq war? She voted for it! And then, in another example of bad judgment, she voted against the surge, which really turned the tide.

And when she accuses Trump of hiding something with his taxes, OMG....is SHE talking about hiding stuff? Nothing like bleaching your emails to make sure they stay hidden.

These are two separate questions:
1) What is Trump hiding by refusing to release his taxes? Hillary already released hers, so she's hiding nothing with respect to her taxes. He is.
2) What happened to Hillary's deleted emails?

Trump should release his taxes, period.
Hillary should release the emails, yes. However, one is not dependent on the other.

An anonymous woman has twice filed civil suits against Trump accusing him of raping her when she was 13 years old. The first lawsuit was filed in California, but dismissed due to technical filing errors. The case was refiled in New York, but just over a week ago, the woman voluntarily withdrew her lawsuit. Her lawyer said that an additional witness has been identified and a new lawsuit will be filed.

I detest Trump as much as anyone but you don't voluntarily dismiss a lawsuit because a new "witness" has been located.

Take it up with the woman's lawyer. Here is what he said:

"An additional witness has been identified and her declaration will accompany the new complaint."

I've read excerpts from the complaint and was left wondering whether the attorney is actually licensed.

He's a patent lawyer.

For those who don't want to click:

Online polls aren’t given much credence because they aren’t scientifically representative samples of the electorate.

But The Daily Dot suggested online results from about 70 debate polls were particularly egregious because Trump supporters “artificially manipulated” the results “to create the false narrative” that he won.

Trump supporters using Reddit and 4chan message boards bombarded the online polls and spread the effort to Twitter to catapult the hashtag “#Trumpwon” to the No. 1 trending topic.

Which polls can be viewed as authentic and valid while showing HRC with a commanding lead?

Exactly.

Maybe it would piss off his supporters to know that this very rich man pays less in federal income taxes than they do.

How do you know he was following the tax system in place? Did he send his tax returns to you? So a billionaire paying no taxes is smart BUT the middle class paying their fair share of taxes is stupid? You are really middle class and really stupid.

The problem is the system. And, FWIW, I do not know--but with this administration the way it is, I am pretty sure that if he were doing anything illegal with them that he would be charged with that. Look what the IRS did to the Tea Party. And, today, I read the DOJ is going after Theil's company for racial discrimination.

And, how can you complain about this with all the things that Hillary has done without prosecution. Now that we know that she was emailing with Obama under a pseudonym, you can be sure that she was NEVER going to be prosecuted because he would be complicit. Giving immunity to her staff is NOT usual.

Has Trump ever said he wants to change the system so that there are no tax deductions that he can take? I don't think so. In fact, he wants to reduce his overall tax rate, and keep those deductions. Neither will make him pay anymore in taxes. You are gullible.
Why exactly do you think anyone should pay more taxes? The treasury is already collecting record amounts of taxes. We don't have a tax problem in this country. We have a spending problem. Our elected officials need to stop treating our tax dollars like Monopoly money.

And that spending problem is mainly for social security, medicare, and military(75%). I am fine with scrapping Social security and medicare for the wealthy. I am fine with cutting the military budget, bringing back the US military from the middle east fighting oil wars of the past. But then the republicans don't want to do any of it. So they are no different than democrats when it comes to spending cuts. Remember Reagan said "Deficits dont matter". So why do you care?

What do you consider wealthy? Medicare part B already penalizes "the wealthy" which is anything over 85k single and 170k married. Very simple broad income ranges. Just like income tax. More brackets are needed and more recognition/benefits for those in high cola areas.

1986 had up to 15 brackets and 1978 had over 25.

ACA BC/BS opts out in NE http://www.omaha.com/livewellnebraska/health/blue-cross-blue-shield-out-of-nebraska-s-obamacare-marketplace/article_ba159306-81b9-11e6-a263-039caebdcf91.html Note people join - get expensive treatment-then drop the coverage! What next? Sign up for flood insurance as the water pours in and then cancel after collecting?

Note there is also a govt program that needs reform. More zones.

Lester Holt interrupted Trump 41 times and Hillary 7 times.

Zero questions were asked about Email, Clinton Foundation, Benghazi, health.

Holt asked Clinton about the emails and the private server.

He didn't ask about either the Trump Foundation or the Clinton Foundation. There were lots of questions he didn't ask -- there was only so much time.

Holt favored Clinton. I don't like either of them but do feel that Trump is less entrenched and more open to discussion and changes in policy. Bottom line is all I care about. Just google Carrier Indianapolis. Job drain to Mexico and China. Unfair tax policy. All the to be deported getting citizenship? Servers of high govt officials in a suburban basement?

Clinton was emphasizing her father who did drapes and screen printing. Anyone have a contractor that didn't deliver? We once fired an architect. A guy like Clinton's father would have been a pillar of the community where I grew up. Pennsylvania is filled with towns/cities like Scranton http://articles.latimes.com/2014/jan/10/nation/la-na-scranton-bankruptcy-20140111

Throughout states like PA are closed businesses and factories. http://artofabandonment.com/2010/08/scranton-lace-company/

No, Trump is not open to anything. He has his ideas, thinks they are the bestest, most bogadacious.

Hate to break it to you, but manufacturing jobs really started leaving around the Reagan administration, the architect of NAFTA. Even Trump admits to that.

"As much as I liked Ronald Reagan, he started NAFTA," Trump said"

Given that the allegation is that Hillary's team deleted those emails beyond recovery, how is she supposed to now release them?

This has always been a question for me, too.
